Second Amendment Resolution Letter
In February of 2020, the Guernsey County Board of Commissioners declared a resolution supporting the Second Amendment. Sheriff Paden fully supported this resolution by witnessing and signing the resolution. Sheriff Paden states “I have always supported Second Amendment rights as a law enforcement officer and citizen of Guernsey County. I have attended Pro-Second Amendment Group Meetings, listened to their concerns and re-assured them that I would fight for their rights as I am a private gun owner myself.”
