Sheriff Jeffrey Paden says that his Investigators have charged another individual regarding the on going Homicide Investigation in rural Kimbolton on Sunday August 23rd. Investigators have charged Kasey Means, age 24 of Coshocton, Oh with Obstructing Justice, a felony of the third degree. Means is currently incarcerated in the Guernsey County Jail and is awaiting a bond hearing which will take place later in the week at the Cambridge Municipal Court.
Sheriff Paden says that his office is still asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Jackson, age 30 of Uhrichsville, Oh . Jackson is a person of interest in the case. If anyone is aware of his location they are urged to call 9-1-1 or their local law enforcement.
